Abstract:
Digital Transformation is a shift of the role of the technology within the organization. It is basically altering how you perform and bring value to the organization and eventually to the clientele. Numerous enabling technology trends drive the digital transformation today. This open lecture will describe how the initiative of digital transformation will impact the way of doing business and organizational change to ignite innovation in the digital era. Also vignettes of digital strategies, challenges, benefits, and customer experience will take place as the complementary components of digital transformation.
Dr. Ulger brings more than 20 years of leadership and consultancy experiences in different industries for various global Fortune 500 organizations. He is a lifelong enthusiast for technology solutions, innovations, and initiatives in both the private and public sector. He bridged the business and technical by combining business acumen, technical digital competency, and analytical insights to sustain momentum in the organizations.
His typical projects included managing multi-years of digital programs with budgets of several million dollars. He has worked with international teams and organizations and has been an enabler of cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration for organizational success and growth.
He holds a PhD in Electronics and Computer and studied Organizational Leadership and Digital Marketing in Northwestern University and University of Illinois respectively. He also has 3 years of full time, and 8 years of part time lecturing experience at the graduate and undergraduate schools of prominent Turkish Universities. He currently works as Senior Digital Strategy Consultant for global Fortune 500 companies.
