Our university's 2021-2027 Erasmus Higher Education Statement (ECHE 2021-2027) application has been accepted by the European Union. In May 2020, on behalf of our university, as the Erasmus Coordinator, an application was made to obtain the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education Certificate valid between 2021-2027 within the scope of the Erasmus + Project.
The application has been evaluated by independent arbitrators within the European Commission. The criteria based on this evaluation;
- Compliance of the University's Erasmus Policy Statement with the rules of the Erasmus + Program,
- Whether the university's institutional internationalization strategies are feasible and accessible,
- It was determined whether the infrastructure preparations were made for the applications such as Paperless Erasmus (Erasmus without paper), Erasmus Student Card, Online Erasmus, which will be implemented as of the new term.
As a result of this evaluation, our university's ECHE application to the European Commission has been accepted. With this declaration, our university will continue its Erasmus + activities between 2021-2027 and thanks to the Erasmus + Program, we will be able to participate in many different programs besides international mobility programs.
