The external evaluation process of our university, which envisions sustainable institutionalization policies by identifying the strengths and open aspects of higher education institutions in Turkey and carried out by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), was completed with the final stage made face-to-face on November 26-27, 2020 within the scope of the "Institutional External Evaluation Program".
The Evaluation Team evaluating our university was made up of Team President Prof. Dr. A. Bulent Specifics and Team Members Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Aşkın Prof. Dr. Cengiz Hakan Aydın, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yaman, Prof. Dr. Erol Arcaklıoğlu, Kürşat Taştan and Ramazan Eser. During the visit, the Evaluation Team met with the academic unit managers and representatives of our university, administrative units, students and external stakeholders and evaluated our institution within the scope of institutional external evaluation criteria of education, research and development and management system processes. The Corporate Feedback Report (KGBR) to be prepared by the evaluation team will be shared with our university next month.
We would like to thank the entire YÖKAK Evaluation Team for their feedback in this process, which is an important step and learning opportunity for us on our university's journey of excellence.
