Within the scope of the 'Institutional External Evaluation Program' which envisions sustainable institutionalization policies by the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK), the Higher Education Quality Board (YÖKAK) External Evaluation Team Members Prof. Dr. Arif Bulent Özgüler (Team President), Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Aşkın, Prof. Dr. Cengiz Hakan Aydın, Prof. Dr. Şadiye Emet Güler, Prof. Dr. , Ramazan Eser and Kürşat Taştan made an online preliminary visit to our University on Saturday, October 24, 2020.
The Institutional External Evaluation Program is a program aimed at evaluating the quality assurance system, education, research and development, social contribution and management system processes of higher education institutions within the scope of Institutional External Evaluation Criteria by the Higher Education Quality Board. YÖKAK External Evaluation Team Members, first of all met with Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Durman, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Baki Aksu and Prof. Dr. Selahattin Kuru, from Strategic Planning, Quality Management and Quality Assurance Studies Coordination and Support Directorate Asts. Prof. Dr. Aslıhan Bekaroğlu Özatar and Rüveyda Aydin. At the meeting, general information about the institution was given and shares were made on the developments in the institution after the Institutional Internal Evaluation Report, and a second meeting was held with YÖKAK External Evaluation Team Members and Members of the Quality Commission of our University and the administrative staff who were proposed to participate in the meeting. After meeting, YÖKAK evaluation team members' questions about the quality assurance system and quality policies were answered and the dates of the field visit were decided. Accordingly, YÖKAK Evaluation Team Members are scheduled to complete the external evaluation of our university with a face-to-face visit to be made online on November 15-16, 2020 and November 26-27, 2020.
