Information about the exams is as follows:
- You can access your exams at http://online.beykoz.edu.tr/ within the relevant course.
- Each exam will start at the announced time; identity verification will be performed in the first 15 minutes of the exams. This period will be excluded from the exam time.
- Audible and visual attendance will be taken and identities will be verified by the invigilators via “zoom”. Identities can be verified with a student ID card, Turkish Identity Card, Driver's License, or Passport.
- The exams of our students who do not verify their identities will be deemed invalid.

- You can access all videos about the operation of our Distance Education system via https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/2617-2020-2021-bahar-yariyili-online-derslere-katilim.
- Students who do not fulfill the attendance requirements will not be able to take the final exam for the relevant course.
- Your exams will remain open for the period specified by the responsible instructors.
- The relevant instructor will state the principles about the exams on the page before the exam. Please read these guidelines and make sure that when you complete your exam, it is submitted and delivered.
- Please make sure that your internet and computer are working at the announced exam time. Choose a quiet and suitable place for the exam.
- Please contact your instructors for project or assignment deadlines.
- Submit your application for the exams you could not attend due to your excuse to the relevant academic unit secretariats within 5 working days after the exam together with your petition and the attached document.
