Online Exam Rules

  • You can access your exams at https://online.beykoz.edu.tr/login/index.php within the relevant course.
  • Each exam will start at the announced time; Your exams will remain open for the period specified by the responsible instructors.
  • You can access all videos about the operation of our Distance Education system at  https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/3575-participation-in-online-classes address.
  • Your instructors will explain the principles about the exams on the page before taking the exam. Please read these guidelines and make sure that when you complete your exam, it is submitted and delivered.
  • Please make sure that your internet and computer are working at the announced exam time. Choose a quiet and suitable place for the exam.

Face-to-Face  Exam Rules

  • You can view the dates of your midterms by selecting your program and course from the Tables by Programs section on the midterm schedule released. Please remember to select the related class for the related course for the courses you take again from the previous semesters or the courses you take now but are originally intended for your future semesters.
  • Remember to check the details about the location and classroom for your midterms by clicking on your course.
  • If the schedule shows more than one course in the Classroom section, it means that the information about which classroom you will take the exam in is to be sent to you by the faculty staff over the OIS messaging system.
  • You will have to show your student ID during the tests so, please bring your student ID at all costs.
  • You will not be allowed to leave the classrooms in the first 15 minutes once the test has begun so, the students that come to the classroom test will be allowed to take it even if they come late up to 15 minutes after the beginning of the test.
  • You are not allowed to keep your mobiles or any study notes during the test. So, you will have to leave your study notes and mobiles (turned off) on the tables reserved for that purpose in the classrooms where you take the test. You will be responsible for any damage that comes to your mobiles should they fall from that table or break etc. What is more, you may face disciplinary action due to cheating or attempting to cheat if you keep your mobile on you during a test. Therefore, it is best not to bring your mobile to the school on the days of the midterms.
