- In order to view the exam schedule, please click on the related link and then select “Exam Schedule”, “2021-2022 Fall Semester Final Exam Schedule”.
- By selecting your program, class from over the Tables by Programs and your exam schedule by selecting the option “week”. Please remember to select the class for the related course for the courses you have retaken from the previous semesters or the courses you have taken this semester now but were originally supposed to take in the future semesters.
- Check the related details by clicking on the name of your course on the program to see the names of the campuses and classrooms for your final exams.
- If more than one classroom is shown under the Classroom category for a course, your lecturers will send you an OIS message telling you which class you will take the exam in.
- You can contact your lecturers for the dates and deadlines of the courses for which the final exam is given as “a project or a homework” if you take such a course.
Face-to-Face Exam Rules;
- You will have to show your student ID during the tests so, please keep your student ID on you at all times.
- Because no one will be allowed to leave the exams in the first 15 minutes, latecomers that arrive in the first 15 minutes might be allowed to take the exam.
- You are not allowed to keep your mobiles or any study notes during the test. So, you will have to leave your study notes and mobiles (turned off) on the tables reserved for that purpose in the classrooms where you take the test. You will be responsible for any damage that comes to your mobiles should they fall from that table or break etc. What is more, you may face disciplinary action due to cheating or attempting to cheat if you keep your mobile on you during a test. Therefore, it is best not to bring your mobile to the school on the days of the midterms.

- You can access your exams at https://online.beykoz.edu.tr/login/index.php within the relevant course.
- Each exam will start at the announced time; Your exams will remain open for the period specified by the responsible instructors.
- You can access all videos about the operation of our Distance Education system at https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/3575-participation-in-online-classes address.
- Your instructors explain the principles about the exams on the cover page before taking the exam. Please read these guidelines carefully and make sure that when you complete your exam, it is submitted and delivered.
- Please make sure that your internet and computer are up and running at the announced exam time. Pay attention to choose a quiet and suitable place for your online exams.
