2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Term Midterm Exams
- Please click on the link to view the exam schedule. Then choose “Exam Schedule”, “2021-2022 Spring Semester Midterm Exam Schedule”.
- You can view your exam schedule by selecting your faculty from the Faculties section; your program and class from the Programs section; and the “week” option. For courses taken from lower semesters or from upper semesters, please select the relevant class of the course.
- For campus and classroom information regarding your exam, click on your course in the program to view its details.
- If a course is listed in more than one classroom in the Classroom section of the program, the information as to which class you will take the exam will be sent to you by your instructors over the OIS as a message.
- You can contact your instructors for the dates of the courses whose midterm exam is in the form of "project or homework" submission.
Face-to-Face Exam Principles;
- Since Student ID card checks will be carried out during the exams, the students must have their ID cards with them.
- Since students will not be allowed to leave the exam room in the first 15 minutes of the exam, the students that arrive late in the first 15 minutes of the exam will be accepted to the exam.
- You must not have your mobile phones, smart watches and any lecture notes with you during the exam. Therefore, it is obligatory to leave your lecture notes, smart watches and phones switched off on the tables placed in each exam room. Please keep in mind that you will be fully responsible for any damage that may come to your electronic devices including losing, breaking or dropping of them. In the same way, in order to avoid being faced with charges of attempting to copy and cheating etc. and any undesirable disciplinary incidents we strongly advise students not to bring their mobiles and smart watches to school at all on exam days so that they do not face unfortunate disciplinary incidents.
Online Exam Principles;
- You can access your exams from the relevant course at https://online.beykoz.edu.tr/login/index.php.
- Each exam will start at the announced time and they will remain available until the time specified by the instructors responsible for the course.
- You can access all videos about the operation of our Distance Education system at https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/3573-online-derslere-katilim.
- Your instructors will explain the principles that should be noted about the exams on the exam page as an announcement before taking the exam. Please read these guidelines carefully and make sure your exam is sent and submitted once you have completed your exam.
- Please make sure that your internet connection and computer are operational during the announced exam time. It is a good idea to pick a quiet and suitable place for taking the exam.
