Held annually by University Assessments & Research Laboratory (ÜniAr) for the 7th time, “2022 University Satisfaction Study for Turkey” study has been released while our university ranks 18th among the 73 foundation universities in the category of “General Satisfaction Ranking for Foundation Universities”!
Conducted by the independent university assessment & research organization ÜniAr, 2022 University Satisfaction Study for Turkey (TÜMA 2022) shows the latest scores earned by the state and foundation universities in Turkey. Featuring 126 state and 73 foundation universities, the study covers 199 universities in total and has processed data from 47 thousand 682 students. Beykoz University students, who have been participating in the study for seven years in a row, have shown their level of satisfaction regarding their universities. The current perspective of our students has revealed that our university has not compromised its understanding of education this year just like the previous year.
Our university’s score in the TÜMA 2022 study has risen up to 183 and we now rank 18th among 73 foundation universities, therefore keeping our B rating. As for the “General Satisfaction Ranking among All the Universities”, we rank 38th among 199 universities and have proven once again through our B rating that we remain on our steady path for success.
TÜMA 2022 also features ““Rectors’ Performance Evaluation Scale” composed of 10 items allowing the 47 thousand 682 students participating in the study to provide data for assessing the rector’s office performances. Following the analysis 3 rectors who received the highest scores were deemed worthy of the ÜniAr Gold Award, 4 rectors the ÜniAr Silver Award, and 5 rectors the ÜniAr Bronze Award for their outstanding performances in their universities.
Our University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Durman was honored with the ÜniAr Silver Award in Performance Awards among all universities in the TÜMA 2022 research.
Stating that being a student-oriented university has led to this steady level of success, our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Durman has explained that “There is only one week left for the students to select their universities. The prospective students that will choose a university should definitely benefit from this important research conducted by an independent institution and evaluated through the objective point of view of the students studying in these universities so that they can make the right analysis for their own future.”
