2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Final Exams

Dear Students,

2022-2023 Academic Year Fall Semester Final Exams are going to be held between 05-18 January 2023 face-to-face both in formal and distance education programs. The current exam schedule for undergraduate and associate degree students has been announced on our website.

  1. Please click on the link here to view the exam schedule and then click on the “Sınav Programı” [Exam Schedule], “2022-2023 Güz Dönemi Yılsonu Sınav Programı” [2022-2023 Fall Term Final Exam Schedule].
  2. You need to pick your faculty from the Fakülteler [Faculties] section and your department from the Programlar [Programs] section and then you need to pick the “hafta” [week] option before clicking on the search option. After that you can lick on the next button. For courses taken from below or from above, please select the relevant class of the course.
  3. For campus and classroom information for your exam, click on your relevant course in the program to check its details.
  4. If a course appears in more than one classroom in the Derslik [Classroom] section of the program, the information in which class you will take the exam will be sent to you by your instructors as an OIS message.
  5. You can contact your instructors for the dates of the courses whose final exam is to be held in the form of "project or homework" submission.

Face-to-Face Exam Principles:

  1. Since student ID card checks will be carried out during the exams, students must have their ID cards on them.
  2. Since students will not be allowed to leave the exam hall for the first 15 minutes of the exams, students who arrive in the first 15 minutes of the exams will be accepted to the exam.
  3. You should not have any mobile phones, smart watches and lecture notes with you during the exam. Therefore, you must leave your lecture notes, smart watches and mobile phones (all switched off) on the tables placed in each exam room. Because you will be solely responsible for any damage that may come to your mobiles and smart watches (they may fall, get broken or lost) as well as any attempt to cheat, it is recommended that your phones and smart watches are not brought to school on exam days, so that you do not have to face any undesirable disciplinary actions taken against you.

We wish you success in your finals.
