On May 9, 2023, Beykoz University hosted a talk featuring Ertuğrul Bozgedik from İş Bank. In the event titled “Career Stages and Workplace Bureaucracy,” Bozgedik shared his experiences regarding career progression in professional life, advancement within corporate structures, and the functioning of workplace bureaucracy. He also answered students’ questions, providing valuable insights to help them take more confident steps into the business world.
