Political Science and International Relations (English)
On December 11, 2024, Beykoz University hosted a talk featuring Şafak Timur from The New York Times and Saygın Vedat Alkurt from Adhoc Research & Consultancy. During the event titled “Turning Social Science Education into a Successful Career,” the speakers shared their experiences on how a background in social sciences can be transformed into an advantage in the professional world. They spoke about their career journeys and the skills they developed while transitioning across different sectors.
The event attracted great interest from students and highlighted how graduates in the social sciences can build successful careers in fields such as media, research, and consultancy.
