Beykoz SBS (Beykoz University Placement Exam) is a Turkish placement exam. The day and date of the exam were announced in the documents given during registration, in the Academic Calendar and in the SMS sent to the students. According to the results of the exam, students who are at B1 and B2 level will be able to take the exam to be held on September 15, 2023 at 10.00 am at the School of Foreign Languages Campus. Students at A1 and A2 level CANNOT take this exam. They will study in the Turkish Prep Program.

Held annually by University Assessments & Research Laboratory (ÜniAr) conducting research on universities and higher education, “2023 University Satisfaction Survey for Turkey (TÜMA)” has been released. Presidency of the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) has decided that it is appropriate for the universities in Turkey to complete the spring term of the 2022-2023 academic year through distance education.

As a result of the latest tragic earthquake disaster that has deeply moved us all, the Council of Higher Education has issued a press release dated 09.02.2023 announcing that all universities are to temporarily suspend the start of the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester until further notice. In that respect, our university has temporarily suspended education at all levels.

Due to the earthquake disaster in our country and the adverse weather conditions in Istanbul, the courses in our associate, undergraduate, graduate and preparatory programs between 8-11 February 2023 will be held online at the scheduled and announced hours.

We are all deeply sorry today, like the entire country, because of the latest earthquake that hit Kahramanmaraş and affected many other provinces. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of them in this difficult time.
